“Before we switched to Raidboxes with our customers, the hosting of their WordPress websites was a real patchwork quilt. All of our customers had their own hosting with different providers, which presented a number of challenges: different PHP versions, fluctuating loading times and sometimes chaotic peculiarities of the web hosts. In general, the quality of support varied significantly depending on the hosting provider. If customers then also misplaced their passwords, the big search began. For us, this meant constantly logging into various systems and more stress than necessary. We also missed out on an important opportunity: regular income from our own hosting services as a reseller.”
Our aim was to find a hosting partner that not only provides expertise, but also supports us at all times in the event of technical problems. Last but not least, we wanted to offer our customers a professional hosting package by switching to Raidboxes, which would generate long-term revenue streams beyond the actual website project.

“As WordPress professionals, it was clear to us that we needed a hosting partner who understood WordPress as well as we do. Someone who understands our requirements and the intricacies of the system and provides us with the technical power to offer our customers first-class websites with maximum performance. On top of that, of course, the price-performance ratio had to be right – high-quality service at fair conditions was a must for us. Even more important? Blazing-fast servers and top performance so that our customers’ websites would run at lightning speed and reliably at all times. And we didn’t want to compromise on customer service either. Direct contact persons and fast, uncomplicated communication were crucial for us to be able to respond immediately to questions and offer our customers the best support.
We did some research and came across both low-cost providers and WordPress-specific hosters. The decision against mass hosters and their favourable rates was made relatively quickly, as they often do not offer the special functions (e.g. staging environments, backups) that we need as a WordPress agency. In addition, shared hosting with these providers has led to slow loading times and security risks in the past, which was simply not an option for us and our customers. Finally, the user interfaces are generally not very intuitive.

“Since we switched to Raidboxes, the majority of our challenges at the time have been resolved.
