For our engineering team we are looking for a:n Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) with experience in IT project management fully-remote or in our office in Münster.

  • At least 5 years of experience in product development as a product owner (m/f/d) or in a similar position, ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of business and technology processes (within a technology company) as well as entrepreneurial thinking
  • You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and know how to prioritize wisely
  • Experience with agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • High social competence and sense of responsibility in combination with an independent and structured way of working

  • Your task is to manage our product development according to market requirements and our strategic goals
  • Together with team members you define features and user flows and monitor success metrics for experiments 
  • Through continuous optimization, you ensure that set goals are achieved
  • You manage internal projects with specialist departments, e.g. with Sales, Support, Marketing, Growth or Accounting
  • You ensure transparency of product development for internal and external stakeholders through appropriate measures, e.g. by means of roadmap updates, release notes and product demonstrations
  • Qualification and prioritization of user stories and bugs for the development team as well as management of the backlog
  • You lead your team professionally with natural authority based on a high level of technical competence
  • You prioritize the to-dos and new features for our product and use established methods like SCRUM or Kanban.
