Your tasks

  • You take over the technical product and tariff consulting and support interested parties, customers and partners in their WordPress project.
  • You are jointly responsible for the availability by telephone within the sales telephone consulting department.
  • You are the first point of contact for potential new customers and handle enquiries from initial qualification to follow-up and project completion.
  • You bring clients together with our agency partners when they need support with their WordPress business and give recommendations from our partner network.
  • You improve the inside sales process and support the interdepartmental communication
  • You act at eye level with the lead sales and prove yourself as a closing professional
  • You actively work on the monthly sales forecast
  • You hold product demos with great passion

Your requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or sales support
  • Sales experience in the field of hosting / mid-priced web software or professional experience in the sales area of e-commerce
  • Very good oral as well as written skills to communicate with customers in a confidence-building manner
  • Studies with international orientation or comparable qualified commercial training
  • You are strong in telephone consulting and adept in dealing with online media
  • Confident appearance, eloquence and negotiating skills
  • Business fluent (spoken and written) in German and English, other languages such as Polish, Dutch or Italian are desirable
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience in the agency environment
