Climate positive projects
In addition to reforestation, we support the Get Mads initiative. This initiative invests in climate-friendly projects that are selected according to strict criteria - including the United Nations Convention to Combat CO2 Emissions. The projects supported by Get Mads are focused on developing countries. This also promotes social and economic growth in the respective countries.
This partnership alone allows RAIDBOXES to currently offset 40.48 tons of CO2 every month, in addition to the trees planted. We do this by financing certified carbon and plastic offset projects through Get Mads. This equates to a CO2 saving of more than 160,000 kilometers driven by car.
