A vulnerability in plugin Rich Reviews, which is active on about 16,000 WordPress websites, is currently being exploited by attackers. The developers of the plugin are already working on an update. Until a new version is available and Rich Reviews is back in the official plugin directory, you should remove it from your WordPresssite .
