Giving feedback to others and accepting it yourself sounds easy at first. But if you think about it, you can remember at least one situation in which you felt uncomfortable after a feedback session. This is because both feedback givers and feedback takers should follow a few "rules" to ensure that honest feedback does not have a negative impact on the working relationship. Gutenberg -the page builder of the future?

New template function in Gutenberg
Last week, version 3.9 of the Gutenberg plugin was released. The update brings an exciting new feature: the user can now select multiple blocks at once, save them as a template ("reusable block") and reuse them. These saved templates can also be exported and imported as JSON files.
