“Before working with Raidboxes, we at conlabz faced a number of challenges that hampered our day-to-day business and prevented us from realising the full potential of our projects.
At the time, we were still working with several hosting providers , which led to a considerable administrative burden. Different platforms, tools and processes made it difficult for us to maintain an overview and establish uniform standards. And when problems arose, contact with the hosting providers’ support teams was often very tedious and characterised by long response times, unclear responsibilities and a lack of specialist knowledge.
In addition, most hosting solutions were often based in the shared hosting environment , where several users share the same resources. This regularly led to bottlenecks, especially when other users on the same server caused high loads. The performance of our websites suffered noticeably from these limitations. Long loading times and unreliable availability not only had an impact on the user experience, but also on our reputation.
Ultimately, as an agency, we lacked reliable and partnership-based support during this time. Most providers offered neither specialised services nor competent contact persons for our needs – we often felt like we were on our own.”
Our goal was to minimise our workload (e.g. for WordPress updates) and bundle all our projects with a single, reliable hosting partner. We finally wanted to focus more on our core business again and at the same time increase the quality for our customers.

“During the decision-making phase, it was particularly important for us to find a hoster that not only fulfils our technical requirements, but is also a convincing long-term partner. Criteria such as server locations in the EU, ideally in Germany, an attractive price-performance ratio and the ability to host our own projects as well as efficiently manage customer projects were our top priorities. Technical details such as support for Let’s Encrypt certificates, external domains and SSL certificates as well as a clear user interface were also included.
We finally came across Raidboxes through a targeted web search. I compared several providers, but none of them offered the same overall package as Raidboxes. They either lacked flexibility, technical finesse or a well thought-out partner and reseller model. Raidboxes, on the other hand, convinced us with its specialisation in WordPress and a clear focus on the needs of agencies like ours – which is why the decision was easy for us in the end.”

“The move to Raidboxes was quick and straightforward thanks to the migration service offered. The biggest challenge was simply adapting our deployment pipeline to the new environment, but this was quickly resolved thanks to the clear documentation and support provided by Raidboxes.
To prepare my team for the change, we first carried out a technical analysis to ensure that all processes would transition smoothly. We then set up a pilot project to gain initial experience and make any necessary adjustments. We also defined a developer as the main contact person for Raidboxes, who supported the team with the integration and coordinated the knowledge build-up.”
