How do I revoke the contract?

In order to revoke a contract concluded with raidboxes®, an express declaration (e-mail or post) of your decision is sufficient.

You can use the following form for your revocation:

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel your contract, we will refund all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within the next 14 days from receipt of your cancellation. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Please note the following important information:

Excluded from the right of revocation are concluded domain contracts. Therefore, a refund of the costs in case of a revocation is unfortunately not possible. However, you can cancel your domain contract at any time via our support.
