Revocation
As a consumer:in you have from the date of the order (the period begins with receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail) a right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving reasons.
Note: Excluded from the right of revocation are concluded domain contracts. Therefore, a refund of the costs in case of a revocation is unfortunately not possible. However, you can cancel your domain contract at any time via our support.
How do I revoke the contract?
To cancel a contract entered into with raidboxes®, please fill out the form below or send us a clear statement of your decision via email or mail (template provided after the form).

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel your contract, we will refund all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within the next 14 days from receipt of your cancellation. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
