Holacracy – More freedom, more responsibility!

At Raidboxes, we rely on holacracy, a decentralized management method that breaks down hierarchies and creates space for independent work. Instead of being organized in rigid structures, we are organized in circles, each pursuing a specific goal. Each circle is made up of different roles that cover specific tasks and areas of responsibility – this way, the focus always remains on the essentials and decision-making paths are short.

For example, our marketing group is tasked with making Raidboxes the first choice for potential customers. This includes the role of “content management”, the purpose of which is to establish Raidboxes as a trustworthy host. The person in this role is responsible for search engine optimized texts that inform and convince. The domains for which they are responsible are the blog and the website. In addition to this role, this person can also have other roles (e.g. social media management).
