The migration to Raidboxes
“The move to Raidboxes was a bit of a bumpy ride at first. The biggest challenge was coordinating the migration of over 100 websites and ensuring that all the data was transferred correctly.
Normally, the migration process at Raidboxes involves filling in a migration form for each website to be transferred. If we’d only wanted to transfer 10 websites, we wouldn’t have had any complaints about the process. But with over 100 websites, that would have meant a great deal of administrative work for us. Raidboxes was very accommodating in this regard, and together we optimised the process step by step. This resulted in an efficient workflow that made the migration smoother and faster. Ultimately, we developed the option to submit migrations in bulk. Raidboxes received a list from us of the migrations to be carried out, implemented them, and promptly informed us which ones had been successfully completed and which still required follow-up work, so that we could respond immediately.
