• What is the difference between managed cloud hosting for agencies and the volume discounts on the Starter plan?

  We offer a volume discount for end customers who operate several websites on the Starter plan. In the check-out for the Raidboxes Starter plan, you can simply select the number of websites and book them directly with a volume discount.

  As an agency, you can join our Raidboxes partner programme and benefit from exclusive advantages such as free development time, attractive commissions and a very simple contract transfer. Decide flexibly whether you want to take over hosting for your customers as a reseller or transfer the project and just remain the website admin. As a reseller, you benefit from our managed cloud hosting with attractive discounts. We would be happy to create a customised offer for you.

• How does the free trial period work?

  Unlike other providers, you do not have to sign a contract directly for our partner programme. Simply create a free Raidboxes account. Then fill in your profile and arrange a meeting with the partner team to have you activated on the same day.

  As a Raidboxes partner, you will then receive several Dev Boxes (in a Starter plan setup), which you can use to test and develop WordPress projects free of charge for at least 90 days. This means that there are no costs for you and your end customers at the start (website setup and development).

  Once you have completed a project, you can either hand over the box to your customers via a change of ownership or you can take over the hosting yourself – both options are easily possible and can be combined.

• What is the Raidboxes partner programme?

  Our partner programme offers attractive commissions, discounts and benefits for agencies and freelancers who draw attention to our WordPress hosting and successfully recommend us to others. Depending on your partner level, you can benefit from discounts of up to 60 per cent on all tariffs and receive commissions for new Raidboxes customers.

  In addition, we offer all official Raidboxes partners individual support and regular dialogue, perfectly tailored to agencies and freelancers. You benefit from flexible solutions and clear communication to get your WordPress projects up and running quickly.

• What are the advantages for me as an agency partner of Raidboxes?

  As a Raidboxes partner, you benefit from a range of advantages, including

  • Free development time: With our Dev Boxes, you have at least 90 days to develop WordPress projects for your customers free of charge.
  • Additional dashboard tools: Exclusive features such as auto-updates for plugins and themes or the cloning of dev boxes save you several hours of work per month.
  • Attractive commissions and discounts: If you transfer finished websites to your customers, you will receive up to €1,500 in commission. There are also attractive discounts for your own boxes.
  • Personal contact person: You will receive professional support from us and a personal contact person who will develop the collaboration with you.
  • Visibility in the community: We will add you to our partner directory. There you can generate project enquiries and network with other partners.

• What prices apply to me if I participate in the partner programme?

  Agencies in our partner programme decide for themselves whether they want to take over the hosting for their customers themselves or transfer finished projects and only remain the admin of the websites. If you take over the hosting and bill your customers directly, you benefit from our managed cloud hosting prices with discounts of between 30% and 60% on all hosting tariffs

• What are the terms of payment and what payment methods are available?

  With all our WordPress hosting tariffs, you can choose whether you want to pay monthly or annually (with a 10% discount). You will always receive the invoice at the beginning of the billing period – i.e. always on the first of the month if you pay monthly, regardless of the payment method. You will receive one invoice for all your contracts.

  Prorated costs for the period from the actual booking date to the first of the following month are listed separately on the invoice for a better overview.

  You select your preferred payment method when activating the box during checkout. You can pay by credit card, with a SEPA mandate or on account. You can also change your selection later via your contract management.
