• What is WordPress hosting?

  WordPress hosting is web hosting that is technically designed specifically for the requirements of WordPress websites.   Our WordPress hosting is right for you if you want to create and manage WordPress projects as easily as possible – whether as a freelancer or agency, one or more websites. For start-ups and companies, we offer scalable hosting that grows with your business. Websites with a high volume of visitors perform particularly well with our high-traffic hosting. • What Raidboxes tariffs are available?

  Raidboxes offers individual tariffs for smaller websites from Starter to Fully Managed. For medium-sized and large websites and shops, there are various Pro and Business tariffs up to Enterprise Hosting. We also offer volume discounts for customers who book multiple websites in the Starter plan as well as extra rates for WooCommerce shops. Agencies and freelancers benefit from attractive discounts and commissions with our reseller hosting. We also have special high-traffic tariffs with particularly high performance for websites with a particularly high volume of visitors.

• How does the free trial period work?

  You don’t have to enter any payment details for the demo period and can get started in just a few minutes. The first step is to create a Raidboxes account. Now you have two options:

  1) You create a new WordPress installation.

  2) You move a copy of your WordPress website to our servers — we are happy to support you with our free migration service.

  For the migration, we create a copy of your WordPress website on our servers and set it up as a free demo website in your Raidboxes account. This allows you to compare the performance with that of your current host and test Raidboxes for up to 14 days (with a temporary domain) without obligation. If you do not activate your demo website for a fee by the end of the test phase, it will be automatically deleted.

• How can I book the bulk plans with volume discount?

  Booking works in exactly the same way as with our individual tariffs. In the check-out for the Raidboxes Starter tariff, you can simply select the number of websites and book them directly with a volume discount.

• Do I run multiple websites on one server with your WordPress bulk plans?

  You do not share your resources with other websites from the Starter tariff upwards. This also applies if you host several websites with us. Our bulk plans only offer a volume discount. Dedicated resources are of course reserved for each box. So you can run multiple websites at a favourable price.

• I am a reseller, what prices apply to me?

  If you participate in our partner program as a reseller (e.g., as an agency or freelancer), you can decide for each project whether you want to take over hosting for your customers or just be the website admin. If you take over the hosting and bill your customers directly, you benefit from our WordPress reseller hosting prices with discounts of between 30% and 60% on all hosting tariffs, see our reseller hosting overview.
  

• What price do my customers pay if I transfer the boxes as a reseller?

  If your customers want to take over the hosting themselves, you transfer the box to them by changing ownership, and they then book one of our individual tariffs themselves at regular prices. You remain the admin and receive a commission for referring new customers.

• How is billing handled and what payment methods are available?

  With all our WordPress hosting tariffs, you can choose whether you want to pay monthly or annually (with a 10% discount). You will always receive the invoice at the beginning of the billing period — i.e., always on the first of the month if you pay monthly, regardless of the payment method. You will receive one invoice for all your contracts. Pro-rata costs for the period from the actual booking date to the first of the following month are listed separately on the invoice for a better overview.

  You select your preferred payment method when activating the box during checkout. You can pay by credit card, with a SEPA mandate or on account. You can also change your selection later via your contract management.
